Returns
Whilst we strive ensure that our products arrive in perfect condition, in the event that they do arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@axisbiotix.com. 

Due the nature of our product we cannot offer returns to opened boxes. If you no longer want your unopened box, please return this back to us within 14 days to receive a full refund. We do not cover return postage costs. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the order. We recommend returning your items using a tracked return method. Please keep your proof of postage safe until your refund has been issued.

SkinClear Clarity Offer — Promotional Terms and Conditions

Promotion: 6 Boxes for £60 — SkinClear 6-Month Bundle

Promoter: AxisBiotix Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12276227)

Promotion period: This promotion is available while stocks last and will close no later than 31 May 2027. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice.

1. The Offer

1.1 The promotion entitles eligible customers to purchase a six-box supply of SkinClear at the promotional price of £60, inclusive of free standard UK delivery. This represents a saving of £99.99 against the standard six-box bundle price of £159.99.

1.2 The six boxes will not be dispatched in full at the time of purchase. Customers will receive their first three boxes upon completion of checkout. The remaining three boxes will be dispatched following successful completion of the SkinClear Clarity Check-In quiz ("the Quiz"), which will be made available to customers approximately 70 days after their initial purchase date.

1.3 The Quiz must be completed in full before the remaining three boxes can be dispatched. Partial completions will not trigger dispatch of the remaining boxes.

1.4 The remaining three boxes will be dispatched following successful completion of the Quiz

2. Eligibility

2.1 This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

2.2 The promotion is available to both new and existing AxisBiotix customers.

2.3 This promotion is limited to one redemption per customer. Multiple purchases by the same customer will not qualify for additional free boxes.

3. How to Claim

3.1 To participate, customers must:

  • Complete the SkinClear Clarity Check-In quiz at axisbiotix.com
  • Purchase the six-box SkinClear promotional bundle at the promotional price of £60 following quiz completion
  • Complete a second SkinClear Clarity Check-In quiz approximately 70 days after purchase to unlock dispatch of their remaining three boxes
  • Follow the instructions provided by email to complete their claim

3.2 The second Quiz link will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address is accurate and that promotional emails are not filtered to junk or spam folders.

3.3 AxisBiotix Limited accepts no responsibility for claims that cannot be processed due to an incorrect or inaccessible email address.

4. Delivery

4.1 The first three boxes will be dispatched upon completion of checkout in accordance with AxisBiotix Limited's standard delivery terms.

4.2 The remaining three boxes will be dispatched following successful completion of the second Quiz, approximately 70 days after the initial purchase date.

4.3 All six boxes contain SkinClear sachets identical in formulation to those available at the standard retail price.

4.4 The promotional price of £60 covers all six boxes and includes free standard UK delivery. No additional delivery charges will apply.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 The promotional purchase is subject to AxisBiotix Limited's standard returns policy, available at axisbiotix.com.

5.2 If a customer returns their initial three boxes and receives a refund, their entitlement to the remaining three boxes will be forfeited.

5.3 The remaining three boxes dispatched following Quiz completion are included within the promotional price paid at checkout. Returns of the remaining three boxes will be handled in accordance with AxisBiotix Limited's standard returns policy.

6. General

6.1 AxisBiotix Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any customer and to disqualify any customer who provides false or misleading information in connection with this promotion.

6.2 AxisBiotix Limited reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this promotion at any time. Any changes will be reflected in these terms and conditions.

6.3 This promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice if stock is exhausted prior to 31 May 2027.

6.4 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

6.5 AxisBiotix Limited's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.

6.6 These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Data and Privacy

7.1 Personal data collected in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with AxisBiotix Limited's Privacy Policy, available at axisbiotix.com.

7.2 Quiz responses will be used for internal research purposes only. Individual responses will not be shared with third parties or used in marketing materials without the explicit consent of the respondent.
