Vanessa is responsible for handling all customer interactions and building relationships with our customers. She is passionate about her job and loves building relationships with our customers.

She takes pride in ensuring that the ordering process runs smoothly and that all customer orders are sent out on time. Vanessa has 10 years of experience in customer service. After spending 7 years in the fashion industry, she made a transition to join AxisBiotix. What intrigued her the most about this company was the scientific basis of its product, AxisBiotix-Ps and the positive impact it had on people's lives.

Charlotte holds a BSc in Biochemistry, MSc in Management from University of Bath and MSc in Nutrition from King’s College London (KCL). Her research project whilst at KCL focused on the gut microbiome composition, in relation to time restricted eating and chronotype. For over 10 years, Charlotte has worked in medical affairs and commercial roles within the healthcare industry. During this time, Charlotte has co-founded The Nutritional Biochemist, which leverages current scientific research to move beyond superficial solutions, applying cutting-edge nutrition and biochemistry into quick and simple recipes to support optimal health. Taking a unique approach grounded in scientific integrity, The Nutritional Biochemist addresses why nutrients are required for skin health, acknowledging the impact at both a cellular and molecular level. This aligns seamlessly with the mission of AxisBiotix to deliver innovative, gut-focused solutions for the skin. 

Melissa is the Group Financial Controller who is responsible for the day to day financial operations. After studying Accounting and Finance at Bangor University, she trained at an accountancy practice in Sunderland, qualifying as a chartered accountant (ICAEW) in September 2020.

Melissa then went on to become a Management Accountant for a family run manufacturing business. She joined SkinBioTherapeutics plc in March 2023.
