Vanessa is responsible for handling all customer interactions and building relationships with our customers. She is passionate about her job and loves building relationships with our customers.

She takes pride in ensuring that the ordering process runs smoothly and that all customer orders are sent out on time. Vanessa has 10 years of experience in customer service. After spending 7 years in the fashion industry, she made a transition to join AxisBiotix. What intrigued her the most about this company was the scientific basis of its product, AxisBiotix-Ps and the positive impact it had on people's lives.

As the Head of Formulation, Laura's primary role is to transform our cutting-edge technology into practical, user-friendly products. She is dedicated to ensuring that our formulations are not only functional and effective but also efficient and successful in meeting the specific needs of our valued customers.
Laura's expertise lies in crafting products that provide numerous benefits, empowering individuals to lead healthier lives. She understands the importance of developing formulations that seamlessly integrate into our daily routines, making them effortless to incorporate into our wellness journeys.

Melissa is the Group Financial Controller who is responsible for the day to day financial operations. After studying Accounting and Finance at Bangor University, she trained at an accountancy practice in Sunderland, qualifying as a chartered accountant (ICAEW) in September 2020.

Melissa then went on to become a Management Accountant for a family run manufacturing business. She joined SkinBioTherapeutics plc in March 2023.
