Promotion period: This promotion is available while stocks last and will close no later than 31 May 2027. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
1. The Offer
1.1 The promotion entitles eligible customers to receive three additional boxes of SkinClear free of charge upon purchase of an initial three-box bundle at the promotional price of £60, inclusive of free standard UK delivery.
1.2 The three free boxes will not be dispatched automatically. Customers must complete the SkinClear Clarity Check-In quiz ("the Quiz") to unlock and claim their free boxes. The Quiz will be made available to customers approximately 70 days after their initial purchase date.
1.3 The Quiz must be completed in full before the free boxes can be claimed. Partial completions will not unlock the offer.
1.4 The free boxes will be dispatched following successful completion of the Quiz, subject to stock availability.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
2.2 The promotion is available to both new and existing AxisBiotix customers.
2.3 This promotion is limited to one redemption per customer. Multiple purchases by the same customer will not qualify for additional free boxes.
3. How to Claim
3.1 To participate, customers must:
- Purchase the SkinClear 3-box promotional bundle at axisbiotix.com at the promotional price of £60
- Complete the SkinClear Clarity Check-In quiz when prompted, approximately 70 days after purchase
- Follow the instructions provided by email to complete their claim
3.2 The Quiz link will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address is accurate and that promotional emails are not filtered to junk or spam folders.
3.3 AxisBiotix Limited accepts no responsibility for claims that cannot be processed due to an incorrect or inaccessible email address.
4. The Free Boxes
4.1 The three free boxes will contain SkinClear sachets identical in formulation to those included in the initial purchase.
4.2 The free boxes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed against other products.
4.3 Free boxes are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event that stock is unavailable at the time of claim, AxisBiotix Limited will contact the customer to arrange an alternative or issue a suitable remedy.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 The initial three-box purchase is subject to AxisBiotix Limited's standard returns policy, available at axisbiotix.com.
5.2 The three free boxes are provided as a promotional gift and are not eligible for refund or return unless faulty or not as described.
5.3 If a customer returns their initial purchase and receives a refund, their entitlement to the free boxes will be forfeited.
6. General
6.1 AxisBiotix Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any customer and to disqualify any customer who provides false or misleading information in connection with this promotion.
6.2 AxisBiotix Limited reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this promotion at any time. Any changes will be reflected in these terms and conditions.
6.3 This promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice if stock is exhausted prior to 31 May 2027.
6.4 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
6.5 AxisBiotix Limited's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.
6.6 These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Data and Privacy
7.1 Personal data collected in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with AxisBiotix Limited's Privacy Policy, available at axisbiotix.com.
7.2 Quiz responses will be used for internal research purposes only. Individual responses will not be shared with third parties or used in marketing materials without the explicit consent of the respondent.
