Please note: Postal delays can occur that are out of our control. Our warehouse is closed over weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery to mainland UK is free. Your order is dispatched from our warehouse the next working day after placing your order.
Delivery times after dispatch are;
UK 2 working days
US 3-5 working days
Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey 3-5 days
Your order is dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days
The courier will send you an SMS or email with a track & trace link so you can keep track of the progress of your order. This allows you to make arrangements if you will not be home.
Although very rare, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to oversea shipping.

Whilst we strive ensure that our products arrive in perfect condition, in the event that they do arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due the nature of our product we cannot offer returns to opened boxes. If you no longer want your unopened box, please return this back to us within 14 days to receive a full refund. We do not cover return postage costs. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the order. We recommend returning your items using a tracked return method. Please keep your proof of postage safe until your refund has been issued.
